Melbourne Heart Care offers all-inclusive, state-of-the-art facilities at our main rooms in Brighton. We also have various consultation and testing services at our other sites in Moorabbin, Mulgrave, Berwick, Warragul and Alexandra and offer pacemaker checks at Rowville, Morwell and Wonthaggi.
Our History
Melbourne Heart Care was established in 1996 by Dr Jeff Alison and Associate Prof Ian Meredith and has grown since then to include 25 cardiologists ensuring that no matter what your cardiac symptom or condition is – we have the right doctor for your care. Our experienced administration, nursing and tech team provide support to our doctors and ensure quality care and assistance to our patients.

24 hour Holter monitoring
24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring
Pacemaker monitoring
Through close associations with Melbourne’s major private and public hospitals, patients with known or suspected heart problems have access to state-of-the-art Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratories as well as the most modern Cardiac Care Units.
To help provide our patients with the best experience, our services are located in professional rooms that are comfortable and welcoming.
Our main office is located at our Brighton practice. Whatever cardiac condition you experience, we have the experience to help you manage and treat it. We are a HDAA accredited diagnostic imaging service facility.
