Ingredients
- 2 small lamb back straps
- Lemon pepper
- 2 hamburger buns
- 4 tablespoons natural low fat yoghurt
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- Rocket, tomato and cucumber to serve.
Method
Sprinkle lamb with lemon pepper, place on oven tray sprayed with oil.
Cook at 200°C for 10 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
Mix chives and garlic through yoghurt.
Toast hamburger buns.
Slice lamb, place on halves of buns, top with yoghurt and then serve with rocket, tomatoes and cucumber.
