Ingredients
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 apples grated (with skin on)
- ½ cup water, apple or orange juice
- 3 tablespoons slivered almonds
- 1 dessert spoon of honey
Method
Mix oats with the juice or water and leave to soak overnight. If you don’t have time to soak the oats, add warm water which will help to soften the oats Stir in the rest of the ingredients and serve as is or with fat free yoghurt and sliced banana or berries on top.
