Assoc Prof Robert Gooley

Dr Robert Gooley is an Interventional and Structural Cardiologist.  He graduated with honours from Monash University.  Robert completed a fellowship in Interventional and Structural Cardiology at MonashHeart.  He has also undertaken a PhD in multi-modality imaging assessment of aortic and aortic valve anatomy for which he was awarded a National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) scholarship.

Robert’s clinical practice includes general cardiology in addition to treatment of coronary artery disease and transcatheter management of valvular heart disease. These techniques offer a minimally invasive treatment option for patients at high risk from traditional surgical intervention.

Robert is married and enjoys travelling with his wife.  He is an avid runner and Hawks supporter.


Dr Ben Dundon

Ben has an interest in the invasive and non-invasive evaluation and management of coronary artery disease and hypertension, as well as the management of general cardiology conditions including valvular heart disease and cardiomyopathy.

Dr Liam McCormick

Dr Liam McCormick graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2002, and completed basic physician and advanced cardiology training at Papworth Hospital, the largest specialist cardiothoracic hospital in the United Kingdom.
