Dr Jonathan Lipshutz

Jonathan graduated from Monash University in 2004 and undertook his cardiology training at MonashHeart, Monash Medical Centre which he completed in 2011. He then completed a two year fellowship in non-invasive cardiac imaging, specialising in all modalities of echocardiography including transthoracic, transoesophageal and stress echocardiography.

Additionally, he attained qualification in advanced cardiac CT interpretation. His clinical interests include general clinical cardiology, structural and valvular heart disease and heart failure.

Outside work Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, Noah, Eli and Eden. He enjoys keeping fit with regular training at the gym and playing all manner of sports with his boys, and loves being able to take the family away on caravan adventures whenever possible. Perhaps his biggest love, however, is for his beloved Melbourne Demons, who have finally repaid his decades of dedication with ultimate success!
